Dr. Phillips Center for Preforming Arts
Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is situated in the vibrant heart of Downtown Orlando. It hosts a diverse array of performances, from acclaimed Broadway productions to concerts by renowned musicians. The building itself was thoughtfully designed to celebrate art not just on stage, but throughout every space, with each room reflecting artistic inspiration. Featuring carefully crafted shading around the entire structure and modern amenities expertly installed by the Interior Specialties team, the center offers both aesthetic beauty and comfort.
PGA Headquarters
The PGA Headquarters, The Global Home of the PGA Tour, is a newly built 187,000 square-foot office in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, located just behind the famous 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass. Designed to bring together staff from 17 locations, the three-story building features open workspaces, private offices, and biophilic design elements that promote employee well-being. To manage light and heat, a shading system with 3% open fabric was installed, including 54 manual shades on the first floor and 7 motorized shades on the second-floor Office of the Commissioner.

One of our most valued clients, AdventHealth, has entrusted us with numerous hospital and office remodels across the state of Florida. Our work at AdventHealth Orlando exemplifies this partnership, where we implemented wall protection, bathroom accessories, and custom shading solutions to create a modern, patient-centered environment.
